Microsoft Word

In New Office Document, when I select "Blank Document" a
letter that I had saved previously appears nstead of a
blank page. I deleted that letter but it still appears.
How do I get rid of it so that I have a blank page to type
my letters on? I don't know how to get back to this as I
am a new user so I would appreciate any help be sent to -
(e-mail address removed) - thanks - Microsoft Word came with
my "no-name" computer so they won't help. Thanks!
