Microsoft Word Problem

In microsoft word I have a problem. When I try to email
a word document as an attachment I receive a message.
The message reads "OE removed access to the following
unsafe attachments in your mail". Please provide me with
steps to remove this message, which will allow me to
email a document as an attachment.
