Microsoft word 2002

Hey
I'm missing the product key for word 2002----it came with works 2005
which came with my computer when i bought it.
anyways about a month or two ago, i reformatted my computer, and now i
want to reinstalul word.
I have the original cds, and i installed it, but i lost my product key
somewhere.
Is it possible to get a new product key from microsoft?

Not if the Works package was bundled with the computer by the
manufacturer. You'd have to get you support from the OEM.

Hmmm. First thing you do when considering reformatting your HDD is to make
sure you have all the relevant product keys for your installed software.

As it came (presumably) pre-installed, you need to contact your vendor...
