Hello,

I have bought 4 of these mice, and installed them into our network. On 2 of
the pc's, the cursor now starts moving automatically, and the mouse starts
clicking, making programs start. This also happens when nobody is working
on the pc's, so it can't be one mouse influencing another. I have connected
one of these mice that was moving automatically to another pc, and on that
pc, there is no problem. So it must be probably something interfering with
the mouse signal, or something wit the configuration of those pc's.
(configuration of those 2 pc's is identical, they have been cloned).

Anybody an idea what might solve this?

Greetings,

yea it sounds like someone has gained access to your systems using
remote location.

No, probably not.
It is likely that the mice are experiencing some sort of interference.
There have been instances when two people with wireless keyboards and
mice were able to control each other's computers (not a desired
effect). T-shoot by using regular mice and only one wireless mouse.
Then if everything is fine, add another mouse and observe what happens.
And so on.

No, nobody has access. Must be something interfering with te frequency, but
I don't know how I could solve this.

I already told you how - by systematic troubleshooting:
