Is that because after paying the MS tax you can't afford clothes or

That angle sounds good as mine.

Hmm...
No walls = no windows?

MS tax? GD you're real MS hater ray.
You actually think all software should be free, huh? How much did that
company you worked for that was contracted to the D.O.D. rip off the U.S
Government for over the years you were there, huh? How many MILLIONS or
was it BILLIONS?

I did not work for a contractor - I was a Civil Service employee.

Oh, so you lived directly off of us tax payers huh?

Maybe he directly SERVED the taxpayers. It's true that most Gov't
employees are half time hacks who are just doing their time to get
their pension - but we don't know about his service. He might have
been one of the good ones.

Maybe so but maybe not. Check out what we know. He is a Ubuntu/Linux
lover. He trolls the vista group trying to get everyone to run that crappy
Open Sores Orafice and Ubuntu that NOBODY wants. His thinking is skewed.
If he had any real sense, he would try and work with the Ubuntu group rather
than trying to convert Vista or XP users here to that inferior OS they call
Ubuntu.

Remember that Ubuntu has been FREE for many years and still is on less than
one percent of the desktop. Imagine, a FREE product that NOBODY wants.
That should tell you all you need to know about it.

People would rather pay for Microsoft products than use FREE Open Sores
software. It's a FACT.

If he uses Linux, at least that means he does not steal Windows.

Yeah, but that doesn't tell you anything about the user.

That is TOTAL FICTION. Massive numbers of people STEAL Microsoft
products. Difficult to say exactly how many people who are forced to
pay would in fact rather pay.

Now... back to our regularly scheduled gibberish.

You are the expert. Start the shit.

A very valid point - If PC's didn't come pre configured with MS
Windows, I wonder how many more folks would opt for freeware - at
least for a trial.

Too bad Bush's justice department dropped the MS suit - we might have
seen additional flexibility in this area.
