Runtime Error ..... OUTLOOK.EXE

I have a problem where when I click on Outlook this error message appears and outlook shuts down. Then when i select outlook again it starts without a problem.
Any ideas?

Hi,

After getting it to start the second time, click help/detect and repair.
There is likely a problem with it, and the self-repair tool should help.
