Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library error message when opening browser. Help?

This is starting to annoy me! I try & try to open but I
get this message several times. I have to finally shut-
down & re-start the computer. I have WindowsXP 2000. Any
help??

Try the following and see if it helps:

Script Debugging Problem

Open IE
Tools | Advanced
Under Browings:
Disable Script Debugging - Check it
Display a notification about every script error - Uncheck it
Apply
OK

If these steps do not resolve your problem, please post back to this thread
with the details and any error messages.

Those were already boxes were already marked accordingly
in that section....Any other ideas??
