microsoft updates

I have some kind of bug in my computer and tried to
download the microsoft updates for my computer but my
computer won't let me pull up the updates. Is there
anyway to get the updates on CD/disk or download from
another computer and then upload onto my computer

You can not get updates on a CD from Microsoft, you maybe download them at
another PC and burn them to a CD.
