microsoft updates

I was wondering if there was a "master list" of knowledge
based articles somewhere. Is there a way to download all
the knowledge based articles about all the updates and
read them later.

There are a few place that have a master list of all the update articles
available, however simply because of the mast amount, I don't believe
anywhere has them in one download. The following site is great for KB
articles, it has them all categories in an easy to get at way, although
there is no master download:
