Microsoft Updates Via Email

I have been getting what apear to be updates from
microsoft in my email. Should I open these attachments?

Hi Bruce,

They are forged to appear like they are coming from Microsoft, they are
actually copies of the Swen virus. Delete any you receive.

You should never open ANY un-solicitated e-mail attachment. No matter
where it it appears to be from. Even if it apprears to be from a friend.

If you weren't expecting it and don't know exactly what it is.

DON'T OPEN IT!!!!!!!

Microsoft does not "push" files. Those are virii.
