Microsoft Update

I try to download Updates, but get the following:

"Interenet Explorer Script Error
Line: 2
Char: 1
Error: Object doesn't support this property or method
Code: 0
URL:
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.com/msdownload/update/v3/
static/eula/en/eula.htm"

If I answer YES, the EULA "Accept" is greyed out,
inaccessible.
If I answer NO, it says its preparing to download, but
never does, even after letting run all night.

What should I do to get this to work?
