in truth microsoft give no suport at all for their
product they just hide in ameerica and cannot be
vonytacted dirextly try getting any densibsible support
for outlook for example - for the ptrice microsoft
prodiuct siupport is pathetic and a disgrace youbget
better support from free ware stuff - microsoft dhoulbe
ashned to even use the words support in relation to their
software

I guess you had some bad/old hardware, downloaded spyware/adware, contracted
a virus because of non-updated or non-existent virus protection and also
ended up getting hit by every worm out there because you never used the free
patching service found at http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/ ?
