where the hell does one go to actually send error and crash info to microsoft. i go thru their merry-go-round online support, trying to get help with internet explorer, and they sluff me off to some useless place. microsoft, what a bunch of d***heads, you'd think with so many people using their product they'd have a decent consumer support system. i cant connect to the internet at all with internet explorer, i end up with urls like C:\WINDOWS\prooealblblbrbl.htm#http://canada.com/national/ and
C:/WINDOWS/prooealblblbrbl.htm?r0=1070494521#http://www.yahoo.com/?r0=1070494521
anyone have any ideas what might be causing the problem?
