microsoft sucks

I have tried for over 10 hours in two different times to
get help. I hqve my case # and actually tlaked to a live
person once who transferred me into outer space so I could
heaR THE STUPID MESSAGES AND MUSIC... I have lost
everything on myouter...finally got DSL back and they
refewrred me two days ago to get the help from the
honorable Bill Gates Microsoft. WEll, I have the case #
and still no eamil, lost everything and can't even put in
the virus scan. They assured me I would get
help...BULL!!!!! If he can't support 98 windows isn't
that blackmail to upgrade.....I will keep trying but I
will definitely let a higer up know of his practice.....

Your message doesn't seem to make a lot of sense and to expect your problem to
be solved in 10 hours is a little unreasonable. It's *possible* that, if you can
state what your problem is in a more coherent fashion, someone here could
provide *some* assistance. If your problem is hardware related, however, it is
unlikely that anyone other than a computer technician would be able to diagnose
and repair your problem.
