As of now,

Only Windows XP Professional/Home And Windows 2000 Pro are
the only OS system that can use the Microsoft Anti-Spyware
Beta Only.

For the other OS system, you can use the current
recommended 3rd party spyware removal tool from the
www.microsoft.com/spyware site. Remember on the issue that
this is a 3rd party product that Microsoft does not provide
troubleshooting support on them.
