every time my antivirus updates i have to accept the

Other users of a particular vendors antivirus app have reported this. The
vendor will need to work with Microsoft to resolve this issue. I believe it
will be possible, but don't know the details. I'd recommend reporting your
concern about these messages to your antivirus vendor--they need to know
that their customers are concerned in order to devote the resources
necessary to opening a communications path with Microsoft and fixing the
problem.
