Microsoft Should Be Working On IE6 "cool search" problem. Are they?

Does anyone know if Microsoft is actually addressing this
problem? OE6 is their product and they should be fixing
it. How does one know if they are? It's a major problem
and one would think their customer's satisfaction should
come first.
 
Thanks Henri, I didn't know cwshredder was a Microsoft
product. I did run cwshredder and it did take coolsearch
away. I do appreciate it - Marv
 
When I click on the link for the removal tool I get an empty page except for
a small placeholder in the top left corner. This is the samething I get when
I try to download. Any ideas? Thanks .stretch
