I tested on my side, as you said, it just skip the initial screen, but
still prompts users to press a button. It seems that we couldn't do a TRULY
silent or quiet install using command line with switches.
I would suggest that you open an incident with Microsoft Product Support

I'm sorry, but, to my way of thinking, this DID bring it up to them,
and...they should respond, not blow me off like this!
I don't "need assistance", with something that was built wrong, and, doesn't
work like all their other patches...
