Microsoft right-click dictionary download

Hello,

Several months ago I had my PC overhauled at a reputable company; however,
since then I have not been able to download this site. It states that
validation is needed. As a writer, I used this feature often prior to the
overhaul. All back ups were provided to me by the company, which would
include the original Microsoft software. Any suggestions would be greatly
appreciated!
