Hi,
It seems you have posted the question to the wrong newsgroup, this is
Microsoft Access newsgroup and most people here focus on Microsoft Access;
you may want to post MSN questions to Microsoft.public.msn.*, such as
Microsoft.public.msn.discussion next time.
However as I know Qmgr is MS Queue Manager, it is part of the MSN Explorer.
It is used to manage the update message. When it is loaded at startup and
when you connect to the Internet, it will automatically access some
MSN/Microsoft websites to check if there is any update. If you have
installed the MSN Explorer on the computer, the Loadqm.exe will be
installed as a service automatically. If you have removed the MSN Explorer
from the computer, you can disable it from the msconfig.
1. Click Start > Run, in the open line type in: msconfig
2. Please go to the Startup tab and check if there is an item for
loadqm.exe.
3. If there is, you can uncheck it
4. Reboot the computer. This time, the system will not load QMgr.
Sincerely,
Alick Ye, MCSD
