Microsoft Product installing to laptop notebook

If I buy a laptop, can I use the product with same product key that I
installed to my PC?
Product Like "Office Home and Student 2007" and "Microsoft Outlook 2007".

It depends on whether the license agreement allows for it to be installed on
multiple computers. If you uninstall it on the old computer, then it should
be fine to install it on the new one.
