Yes, but I don't use its weak built-in text editor. I use my own. :-)
 
Quite a lively discussion. In the end, it seems
my answer is a simple "no".
Nobody has ever written documentation quite
up to the standards of my VMS operating system
manuals. (sigh) ..

Not really very pretty. Copy and paste. But it's better than retraining my
fingers to use the awful built-in OE editor.

But since you asked, maybe I could mention this (OT of course): If there's
a good free newsreader out there that would let me use my own editor, and
that could port over my archived OE data, I'm perfectly willing to switch.
