I want to insert a video in PPT 2002 and I want to use the viewer (2003) to
play the video. Will this work? or do I have to drag the file to the CD-ROM?

Can you fill in the blanks? What CD? Your video will play in the
PowerPoint 2003 Viewer. Does it not play for you? Videos are always
linked, so if you plan to move the presentation or distribute it to other
systems, the video file must also be moved. The link will break, however,
if you haven't created a relative link. You may need to gather the video
files and the presentation and put them in a single folder together. Then
open PowerPoint and open the presentation and delete the videos. Now insert
them, pointing to their new location. Now you can create a CD if you like,
but be sure to put the presentation and the video files on the CD in the
same path.

I want to burn my presentation to a CD using the PPT 2003 viewer.

How do I link a movie in PPT? I never did this before.
