Does Picture it do any batch image format changing? I need
a simple and inexpensive photo image program and have
Adobe Elements but wondered if Picture It was an easier
program to use.

Yes, Digital Image Pro 9 will do a batch
format conversion. I think you would find
DIP9 to be easier to use than Elements.

The excellent freeware IrfanView also
does batch format conversion.
