Has anyone had the problem with "Picture It"
not doing what the web site says it will do?
===================================
What version of Picture It! are you referring to?
What feature does not function as expected?

.
Picture It Premium is what I bought. When I went to the
web site to look at imaging products I opened up the "See
it in Action" file and saw what it could do, but when I
recieved it and installed it on my pc it would not do all
the things it said it would do. I contact tech support
and they ran it and admitted that it would not do what it
said it would do. Just wondering if anyone else is
having or have had the same problem. Thanks

The simple fact is that you viewed a demo for
Digital Image Pro 9 and then purchased a less
expensive version.

Bottom line, if you are unhappy with your version
of Picture It!, you have a 30 day return gurantee
from Microsoft:

Microsoft North American Retail Product Returns

If you notice...when you are at the:
Picture It! Photo Premium 9.0 site and
you left click the: "See it in action" link....
You are directed to site that includes a
tour of Digital Image Suite 9...

If you only view the links that are relevant
to your version I think you would be better
informed.

Here are some links that may help explain
the different versions:

If you can direct me to the features that are
incorrectly promised in the Picture It! Photo
Premium 9 version ...I will be happy to forward
the info to someone who can discuss the
matter with the MS marketing folks.

In the meanwhile...you can return the program
as I previously told you and also you can voice
your opinion where it will do some good:

I understand that I can return the product and I have
already talked with customer service about the problem.
They are in the process of getting the information that
is presented taken out of the web site. I just wanted to
know if anyone else has had this problem.
