Anyopne know how I can disable or uninstall Microsoft
Photo Editor, which is interferring with my preferred
graphics editing program? I find no trace of this
unwanted program on my hard drive or in Add/Remove
Programs in Control Panel.

Greetings --

This is part of Microsoft Office, load the installer and goto Add/Remove
Feature.

Thanks, Chris. Unfortunately, this "stealth" program was
installed by Windows XP/Home -- not Office -- and
Micosoft Photo Editor is not a choice among the "optional
windows components" in the installation disk's Win XP
setup.

Chris,

I know it's not supposed to be part of Windows, but this
program did not manifest itself until I loaded WinXP
about a week ago. Now the only MS Photo Editor file I can
find on my hard drive is a short cut, with no source
info. Nevertheless, this program has "targeted" my
FrontPafe program (this bit of info greyed out), causing
some interference with the normal operation of FrontPage.

John
