This is the response on the Microsoft Connect site. Looks like one of
Microsoft's best ideas of recent times has been scrapped?

What a shame, this program would have made Windows so much better. I could
be wrong but it looks like this project has been scrapped. Any reasons why?

Thank you for participating in the Windows Advisor Beta program and using
this support tool. Your feedback about this tool and its content will allow
us to continually improve our support value to our customers.

The Windows Advisor tool has reached its end of life and will not receive
additional updates nor any new installations will be made. If you still have
Windows Advisor installed on your PC we recommend to uninstall it. Thanks
again for your contribution.

impossible to tell.
