For starters, this is not really the right group. If you can't get it
sorted out, try public.microsoft.outlook or one of the various office
groups.

It would help a lot if you posted exactly what happens when you try to
send/receive email. Almost certainly there will be some kind of error
message.
Most ISPs have instructions on their web sites in the support section
that including screenshots on how to configure email settings. They
make it pretty easy. Assuming your problem relates to those settings,
have a look there first.
The other possibility is a problem with your pst file (data file of
your emails). For that you could have a look at the Outlook help under
command-line switches or ask for further assistance in the proper
group, but do give them some more info to go on.
