Hi Craig,

Have you let the inbox repair tool run yet? Better yet, have you tried to
run a repair installation yet?

The inbox repair tool for Outlook is scanpst.exe.

Suggest you do two searches:

One to locate scanpst.exe.
One for outlook*.pst to locate your Personal Folders File.

Your Personal Folders file will be outlook.pst or outlookn.pst {where n is a
number} if you have repaired Outlook in the past and a new file was created.

Run scanpst.exe and choose your current *.pst file.
