I have three people that use the same computer for email.
Each have different email addresses. Receiving email is
not a problem, all three email accounts are set up to
receive at the same time.
The problem is when they send email they have to go into
the dialog box and change the from and reply to
information.
Is it possible to have a simple way to allow each person
to send an email with their name as the FROM?
I thought of having three separate folders with Microsoft
Outlook but I could not get that to work.
Thanks
George

What version of Outlook are you using, and if 98 or 2000, what mail
support mode? If you're not sure, look at the second line of Help |
About Microsoft Outlook -- it should say "Internet Mail Only" or
"Corporate/Workgroup". (Outlook 97, 2002, and 2003 don't have separate
modes.)

Also, what operating system is being used on this computer? I assume
that all three users are using the same OS login...

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2000 ver 9.0.0.2711, second
line reads Internet Mail Only. I am using Windows 98
Second Edition and all three users use the same login.
Thanks for your help.
