I get the following message when trying to view another mail box on my computer

Unable to display the folder. Microsoft Outlook could not access the specified folder location

I have downloaded service pack 3 but to no avail?

can anyone help?
 
Hi James, try these:
Export your mails to a .pst file.
Create a new profile in control panel, mail.
Create a new account for that profile.
Delete your old outlook profile.
Hope it works.
 
Hi Joseph,

I'm not sure that will solve my problem. The mailbox I am trying to view is on a server. I am trying to add that mailbox to my outlook so that I can view it on my computer. Basically added to my own email folder I also want to use the info@..... email. I hope this makes better sense.
