I am using a Dell 4700C, Windows XP, Internet Explorer 6.0.

I am unable to use Microsoft Outlook. I can not send or recieve mail in
Microsoft Outlook.

First, note that this is a newgroup for Windows XP issues, not Microsoft
Outlook issues. You'd be much more likely to receive the help you need in a
group like microsoft.public.outlook.

Second, when you ask for help, please give your helpers all the possible
help you can. Be very specific. What does "I can not send or recieve mail"
mean? What happens when you try? If you get an error message, please quote
it verbatim.
