Outlook Microsoft Outlook Ordinal 16 could not be located

When I select send/receive in Microsoft Outlook, I keep getting this error message: "ccApp.exe--Ordinal Not Found The Ordinal 16 could not be located in the dynamic link library Dec.SDK.dll" Does anybody have any suggestions?

Are you running Norton Internet security ?

I run the latest version of the Norton Anti-Virus program and I assume that it includes Norton internet security?

I am getting the same error message when I hit the send/recieve button on my Outlook program. I have removed and reinstalled my norton twice. Any other suggestions?

Try recreating your Outlook Profile.
BACK UP First! Take a *.PST of your folders.

Well, I just backed up my outlook folders (a pst) - how do I re-create my outlook folder??
