Microsoft Outlook Express 6

My OUTLOOK Express is removing access to following unsafe
attachments mainly jif files. They are picture files that
I have sent on one computer to my home computer. How can
I stop OE from removing my attachments?

Change the extensions of the file names or zip the files prior to sending.

if you want OE not to block attachments.

If you want to see attachments that have been blocked, I
believe you can open the e-mail then click the "Forward"
button and the attachment will appear in the message being
prepared for forwarding.

BTW, you posted to the wrong newsgroup. This newsgroup is
for Microsoft ACCESS, a database application. Please post
to the OE newsgroup in the future.
