Windows XP Home Edition;
Cannot Backup my contacts,using Backup Wizard.to a CD-RW
disc.The process starts & transfers contact ,but makes no
further progress & hangs up on a contact name & makes no
further progress.Computer is locked up,can't restart.
Must disconnect 115v AC power to computer,then reconnect
power & startup computer
 
Bob,

You might want to try the "Import and Export" menu
choice on the Outlook "File" menu. You can try exporting
the list to a file and then saving the file.

If you are referring to Outlook (not the same as Outlook Express), you may
want to take a look at "pfbackup.exe" This is a download available from the
MS Office Downloads page. It backs up the Personal Folders in Outlook,
including the address book.
