Microsoft Outlook Add Signature

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003 in office. I cannot use signature when
sending / replying email, it is inconvenient. When I click [Insert] -->
[Signature] , there are two options [Untitled] OR [More...]. When I click
[Untitled], there is nothing show out. When I click [More...], there is a box
come out, in the "Signature" box, there is an item "untitled", and under it,
there is another box "Preview", at the buttom, there is "OK" / "Cancel". I
cannot change the "untitled" button to my signature. How can I change it ..??
