When attempting to access Microsoft Outlook, the error
message
"Microsoft Exchange Server is unavailable" is produced.
When I attempt to work offline, the error message
"Unable to open your default email folders. Your profile
is not configured"
Then the error message "Would you like to open your
default file system folder instead?"
comes up. I respond yes.
It then allows me to search the computer for this file but
I do not know where it is.
Please advise:
1. How I make the Microsoft Exchange Server available
2. How I configure my profile
3. Where my default file system folder is.
Thank you
