Microsoft Outlook 2k3 install and configuring problems.

First i want to say microsoft support sucks. i called them up and they tell
me that i need professional help. i ask them what are you supposed to be?
they dont answer. regardless, i have 80 laptops that i imaged with the same
image. sp2, nav corporate, and some other programs that really dont interrupt
office or internet. firewall service is off and security center service is
off. opening outlook for the first time. set up exchange server, add exchange
server name, add user name, check name, evrything is ok, then i click finish,
and it hangs. this doesnt happen to other units that we use and set up for
the network. also it might go past this but if it does i click send recieve
then go offline, exit and it doesnt fully exit. meaning if i check task
manager, its still in there and also in the task bar.
 
Does this still happen when you disable the Outlook integration from within
NAV? Depending on your version of NAV you'll need some updates in order to
have it work correctly with Windows XP SP2

Ok sorry i didnt tell you that i disabled antivirus completely. and i turned
off the service. ive tried about every single thing. cannot fix this.
