Microsoft Outlook 2007

I tried to sen emails with outlook but I cant. I can recieved from
Comcast. net but I can not send any.
 
the e mails stayed in oulook. A window appears and said, sending and wait and
wait and nothing happens. When I close outlook a window appears and said that
there are still masseges in outlook. It never send them.

1) verify your account properties are correct.
2) enable diagnostic logging and see what's going on. See the Microsoft
Knowledgebase for exactly how to do that.
