Hello readers

When I type a new email message using outlook 2002 (word as the editor) and soon I start typing an email address in the "To" bar, it automatically retrieves the email address as I have received/sent email to the person previously, but the address is not saved in the "contacts". How can I retrieve all these email address saved in the memory so that I can type them in, in my "contacts?"

Thank you in advance.

This isn't the Outlook group but...

You should be able to drag any messages that you recieve
onto the Contacts icon to add the sender as a contact.

Oh it was my very first messgae with this online group! Don't know which group I have posted my question to!

Yes..this is one way, but I would really like to be able to print out a list of all these contacts which are saved in the momory and add them on as I go alone. I don't know whether there is a way to do that or not?

P.S. would be kind enough to tell me which group I have posted this question to and how can I move it to Outlook group? Thank you
