You've reached a newsgroup dedicated to Microsoft Access, the relational
database.

You'll have more luck if you post to a newsgroup specific to your issue.

You're asking in the wrong place, George. This is a *volunteer* staffed forum
for Microsoft Access databases. Nobody from Microsoft routinely monitors
messages here, and in any case it's not for the software you're using.

In addition to the other advice you received, it is unusual for any support
organization to respond to an e-mail by calling YOU. YOU have to do the
calling. And, it's not patently obvious to the casual observer whose
"service tech" you are expecting to call you -- because you describe the
computer and brand, but not the software with which you have problems.
