Microsoft OneCare conflicting with VS.NET 2005?

I only install software if I must and I recently installed Microsoft
Windows Love OneCare Anti-Virus protection, etc... Since then VS.NET
2005 has become unstable, often crashing. I'm inclined to blame
Microsoft.

I have been using OneCare live since it came out and I have had no conflicts
with it and VS 2005.
