I don't know anything about computers. I am unable
to to get into microsoft office. I cannot get into any of
my files. I had windows 98 which is now 2000. Any
suggestions? HELP!
 
You're a blonde, right?

I assume you or some other person installed Windows 2000 on
your computer, which did have Windows 98 and Microsoft
Office installed.

I also assume that that person did a clean install and did
NOT save any of your previous files or applications. If
this is correct you are going to have to use your Office CDs
to reinstall Office. Your data files are gone, for all
piratical purposes.

You need to install Office to load office files. insert the Office CD
and follow prompts to install it.
