Microsoft Office XP Specialist (Excel) Certification Exam

I recently completed training for Microsoft Office XP, I plan on taking the certification exam soon but I'm not to confident with my Excel skills.

Looks like a rousing recommendation for his Office XP training course(not) --
would be interested in finding out where he got his training so I can avoid
them!
