my catagories disappear and it drops one word of a 3 word
full name. eg: "south jersey gas" became "gas, south".
 
Full Name is built from First & Middle & Last. Click the Full Name button to
see how
Outlook automatically parsed what you entered.

Please explain what you mean by categories disappearing.
