Outlook microsoft office outlook cannot open

i had done the window update, after restart i've open the microsoft office outlook but this message appear,

cannot start microsoft office outlook, cannot open the window. the set of folder cannot be opened. the server cannot be opened. contact your administrator if this condition persists.

how to restore my ms office outlok. please guide.
 
Which operating system and version of Office are you using?

Are you able to perform a repair install to Outlook using the Office installation DVD?
