Where did you get this information? I contacted MSDN and they could not tell
me if BCM would be available to MSDN subscribers at all. They said it may
have been removed from the MSDN DVD and subscribers download because it was
a "non-developer" product. They are escalating my support request but could
not give me any definite anwsers.

Any light you can shed on this issue is greatly appreciated.

One of the Outlook MVPs asked someone in either Office or the BCM
developers. I'll see if we can find out more information.

We checked again and were told it will be on MSDN but they don't have a date
for it to be made available for download.
