Microsoft Office cannot open this File

I cannot open db file that is located on the network
drive - err. "Microsoft Access cannot open this file".
After I copy this file to local hd I can use it without
problems. I run Windows XP sp1 and MS Office 2002.Please
help!

It sounds like you may not have create/delete rights to the network
drive.
 
The users have these rights. The next window says that
this is security problem... "This file is located outside
your Intranet or on untrusted site. To open the file,copy
it to your computer or an accessible network location".
Any idea how to fix this behavior?
