Microsoft Office 2003 Issue

Hi There,
I had IE 6 that had Microsoft Ofiice 2003 on the toolbar.
downloaded IE 7, and Microsoft Office 2003 was deleted. I cannot do
system restore because i can't got back far enough. I don't want t
have to do a system recovery either, but if i have to, i will. I wa
told to go to the control panel and delete IE 7, and was told the IE
will reappear. I can't delete IE 7 anyway, without getting a pop-u
warning that says it could cause problems if i delete it. Please tel
me what the solution is without doing a system recovery, and is there
performance difference between IE 6 and IE 7?
Thank You Very Much For Your Help,
Willoughb

Upgrading to IE 7 cannot possibly delete Office 2003.

IE 7 is substantially more secure than IE 6. There is no difference in
performance between the two browsers.

When you say you "had Microsoft Office 2003 on the toolbar", which toolbar
do you mean?

If Office was ever installed on your system properly you should be able to
access it from the Start button.

Hi There,
I want to clarify the situation about IE 6. When i did
system recovery the Microsoft Office 2003 was on my toolbar. I ca
access Microsoft Office 2003 in all programs, but that is not the plac
where i want to access it. When i downloaded IE 7, it didn't delet
Microsoft Office 2003 from my computer, it just wasn't added on m
toolbar.
Thank You Very Much,

By "toolbar" it seems that you mean Internet Explorer's toolbars. Is that
true? If so then does right-clicking on any bar then selecting:

Customize command bar > Add or remove commands > Edit (The one on the left.
Move it to the right.) solve your problem?
