You may have a damaged Outlook Bar, starting Outlook with this switch
"resetoutlookbar" will rebuild the Outlook bar back to default, the downside
is you would lose all customisation. To start outlook with this switch go to
Start > Run > type "outlook /resetoutlookbar" without the quotes

Hi Thank you for the information but When I typed that in
the run box I got Cannot open the file
outlook/resetoutlookbar( or one of its componets) Make
sure the path and filename are correct and that all
required libraries are available. Although when I type
outlook , outlook will open

Its outlook /resetoutlookbar, if this doesnt work then you need to browse to
the Outlook.exe file and then put the switch in for example
"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\Outlook.exe." /resetoutlookbar
in this example you would leave the quotes in and please note your path to
outlook.exe may differ.

I want to thank you , I lost my webpages but that is a
small price to pay. I was afraid I would have to reinstall
the program. Thank you again
